Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Kripal Homes PG, we aim to ensure a transparent and hassle-free experience for all our residents. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Booking Fee: Once a booking is confirmed and the initial booking amount is paid, it is non-refundable.

If you choose to cancel your booking for any reason before moving in, the booking amount will be forfeited to cover the reservation of the slot and administrative costs.
2. Security Deposit Refund
We provide a clear process for the refund of security deposits to our residents:

Mandatory 30-Day Notice Period: To be eligible for a refund of the security deposit, every resident is required to submit a formal notice of vacation at least 30 days in advance.

This notice must be submitted via our official notice form or written communication.

Failure to Provide Notice: If a resident fails to provide a 30-day notice, the security deposit will not be refunded, or a deduction equivalent to the notice period will be applied.
3. Conditions for Full Refund
The security deposit will be processed for refund only after the following conditions are met:

No Property Damage: The room and furniture must be handed over in the same condition as they were at the time of move-in. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit.

Clearance of Dues: All pending electricity bills, maintenance charges, and any other utility dues must be cleared.

Lock-in Period: If your stay is shorter than the minimum lock-in period agreed upon at the time of joining, the deposit may be forfeited as per the individual stay agreement.
4. Refund Processing Time

Once the room is inspected and all dues are cleared, the refund process will be initiated.

The final refund amount will be credited to the resident’s bank account within 7 to 10 working days.

Please note that we do not process refunds in cash; all payments are made via digital transfer (UPI/NEFT/Bank Transfer).
5. Termination by Management
Kripal Homes PG reserves the right to terminate the stay of any resident found violating PG rules, engaging in illegal activities, or causing a nuisance to others. In such cases, the refund of the security deposit will be at the sole discretion of the management.
