The laundry staff behaves very rudely, especially the main person. Every weekend, we have to wait a long time for clothes to be washed, even though only 2 machines are working instead of five machines others like a dummy. Deep cleaning is done only once in 3 months.
The food quality has improved and is good now, but you really need to work on your staff’s behavior, as it is very rough. There are lift issues every day. I feel that since I am paying as per your expectations, the service should also be provided accordingly.
Only Harshit at the reception and Kuldeep have good behaviour; the other staff members talk very aggressively, almost like a mafia 😆
